• Mandatory Requirement: As a condition of receiving ongoing treatment and/or prescription services, all clients are required to complete an Annual Tele-Consultation (Tele-Consult). This consultation is conducted remotely via the MySpaLive® platform.
• Purpose: The Tele-Consult serves as a Good Faith Exam (GFE), which is a necessary legal and medical requirement to establish a valid practitioner-patient relationship and ensure the appropriateness and safety of the recommended treatments and/or prescriptions.
• No Treatment Without GFE: Treatment, including the dispensing of prescription medication, cannot be initiated or continued unless a current and satisfactory Good Faith Exam has been performed by one of our licensed medical practitioners.
